Join Kim for a dynamic Power Vinyasa flow with a focus on how you pour more love into your vessel through the practice of asanas (postures). Your class will begin with a warm-up followed by a series of standing and balancing postures, arm balances and inversions, hip openers, backbends, and a cool-down in Savasana coupled with a meditative sound bath.
