In honor of National Hispanic Heritage Month, we bring you—Reggaeton Body Sculpt. Come feel the invigorating effects of a Power Vinyasa flow, with conditioning drills, to the contagious beats of Reggaeton. You’ll start with a warm-up followed by dynamic variations of Sun Salutations A and B, strength training drills, and low-impact interval training blended into yoga postures. You will work with your own body weight to tone and sculpt (weights are not required.) Register here.
